Open Space Trust Funds: A Panel Discussion
What IS Open Space exactly? And what is an Open Space Trust fund? Many NJ towns and counties have OSTFs. This panel will discuss the differences between county and municipal OSTFs and explain what Open Space means for our towns and residents. We will also learn about the Open Space Trust Fund referendum, which will be on the Morristown voters ballot this November.
